Part of our modular hinge plate mounting system for inset cabinet doors. This snap-on filler piece attaches to the back of the 1/4" Inset Hinge Plate Mounting Block to expand the total thickness to 3/4" (19.3mm) — the right size when your cabinet side or bulkhead is set back 3/4" behind the face frame.

One base block, multiple setback configurations. No gluing up custom blocks. No measuring and shimming. Snap the filler on, mount the assembly, install your Blum or Titus long arm hinge plate to the front face.

Required base part:

This filler does not work on its own. You'll need the 1/4" Inset Hinge Plate Mounting Block as the base — the hinge plate mounts to that block, and this filler builds up the back side to match your face frame setback.

• Inset cabinet doors where the cabinet side or bulkhead is set back 3/4" behind the face frame
• Standard 3/4" plywood or hardwood cabinet construction
• Custom builds where face frame thickness equals cabinet side setback

Installation:

Snap this filler onto the back of the 1/4" base mounting block. Position the assembled block on the cabinet side or bulkhead directly behind the face frame opening. Secure with wood screws through the block into the cabinet side. Mount your Blum or Titus long arm hinge plate to the front face of the base block using the standard hinge plate screws.
