SHORT DESCRIPTION:

Sold in 10-packs. Top-mount door stop with a center V-notch that catches both doors of an inset pair from a single stop. Mounts to the underside of the cabinet top or top rail — perfect for inset paired doors with no center stile, or any inset door where the top has nothing to close against. PETG construction for quiet close and long shop-life durability.

FULL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Inset paired doors with no center stile are one of the cleanest looks in cabinetmaking — and one of the most frustrating things to make close right. Without a center stile, there's nothing for the doors to land against at the top. Shops end up fabricating wood blocks, installing magnetic catches, or hoping the bottom hinge plates alone keep both doors aligned. None of it produces a clean, repeatable result.

This stop fixes the problem with a single part.

A top-mounting door stop with a V-notch in the center tab that catches both doors of an inset pair from one stop. Each door closes against one face of the V, automatically landing centered, even, and flush at the meeting point. No center stile required. No second stop needed. No more fighting with shims or magnets.

It also works as a general-purpose top stop for any inset door where the top of the opening has nothing solid for the door to close against — tall single doors, custom cabinets with no top rail, pantry doors, wardrobe doors, anywhere a standard side-mount stop isn't an option.

Why shops love this part:

  • One stop handles both doors of an inset pair — V-notch catches each door on one face
  • Mounts to the underside of the cabinet top or top rail — clean, hidden, low-profile
  • Five mounting slots give you flexibility on screw placement to suit different cabinet constructions
  • V-notch automatically centers paired doors at the meeting point
  • Works for single doors too — any inset door with no top rail to close against
  • Quiet close — PETG absorbs impact without the hard "clack" of metal stops
  • Sold in 10-packs for shop-quantity stocking
  • Printed in PETG for impact resistance, heat tolerance, and long-term shop durability
  • Available in black or natural

  • Engagement: Center V-notch catches both doors of an inset pair
  • Color: Black or Natural
  • Pack quantity: 10 pieces

What's included:

  • (10) Top-mount V-notch door stops per pack
  • Bulk pricing available on orders of 2+ packs (see quantity discounts at checkout)

Common applications:

  • Inset paired cabinet doors with no center stile
  • Inset single doors with no top rail
  • Tall cabinet doors needing a top stopping point to prevent flex
  • Custom builds where a clean, hidden stop matters
  • Pantry, wardrobe, and built-in doors
  • Painted cabinets where a low-profile, color-matched stop disappears

Installation:

  1. Determine door closing position — close your doors to where they should land flush with the face frame
  2. Position the stop on the underside of the cabinet top (or top rail) so the V-notch sits exactly at the center meeting point of the doors
  3. Mark the screw locations through any of the five slotted mounting holes — the slots allow you to choose the most convenient screw locations based on your cabinet construction
  4. Pre-drill pilot holes in hardwood, then secure with #6 or #8 wood screws
  5. Test the close — both doors should land cleanly against the V-notch with their meeting edges flush

Total install time: under 5 minutes per stop.

Designed and printed in-house by working cabinetmakers. This came out of our own shop after one too many inset paired-door jobs spent fabricating center stops the hard way. The V-notch is the trick — one part, both doors, perfect alignment every time.
